Dear Yalcin,
We are delighted to invite you for the next
Generali Masters Individual World Championship
Verona - Italy 5th to 7th May 2004
We will cover the cost of the hotel rooms
and food for three or four nights (in a four or five star hotel).
Hopefully the money prizes (US$ 70 000)
for 38 men and 21 women will contribute to pay
the air flight tickets
We would be pleased to have a confirmation of
your participation before the 25 of February
in order to be able to complete the field
with other players if some of you decline the invitation.

The men's event (52 players) will be played in four sessions:
Wednesday 5 May: in the evening after the Opening Cocktail
Thursday 6 May: afternoon and evening
Friday 7 May: afternoon followed by the gala dinner
(jacket and tie)
The women's (28 players) tournament is to be
played in three sessions:
Thursday 6 May: afternoon and evening
Friday 7 May: afternoon with the same gala dinner of course.
As you may know everybody will play the same system
(Generali standard) which you may find on our web site:

Since sending you the email concerning the Generali Masters
this morning, we have been made aware that the dates
we had arranged clash with the Cavendish.
We are therefore, looking at alternative dates,
and would be grateful if you could let us know
whether you could join us for this event on the dates listed below.
